Audiovisual equipment for university events must be requested by a club advisor, club president, faculty, staff, or sponsoring departments. Equipment should be reserved 2 business days prior to the event. Available equipment for on-campus event setup is listed above. Please reserve using the Work Order and Forms Request. Students needing audiovisual equipment for class presentations must have their instructor submit a Work Order and Forms Request.

ERAU students, faculty, and staff may check out equipment by presenting a current ERAU Prescott Campus Eagle card at the Multimedia service desk. A total of 4 equipment items may be checked out at a time per borrower for 24 hours. The late fee is $2.50 per day. For more information, please read our Borrowing and Overdue Fine and Replacement Charge policies.
Repair or replacement costs, depending on marketplace cost, will be charged to your ERAU account for any equipment damaged or not returned.
Laptop Checkout
- All laptops include wireless network connectivity
- All laptops require a current ERAU Prescott Campus Eagle card for checkout
Student Laptops (5 Hour Checkout)
- Two-hour library use only
- Laptops may be renewed
- Overdue fines are $1.00 per hour, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to a maximum of $24.00
- Your ERAU account will be charged the marketplace cost for laptops not returned.
Athletics Department Laptops (10 Day Checkout)
- Limited to student athletes
- Checkout is for in-house use or weekend athletic events
Staff and Faculty Laptops
- Staff and faculty may check out laptops for a 24 hour period or 10 days for university related events or conferences
