Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University has entered into agreements with Microsoft and other software companies that allow ERAU faculty, staff, and students to install Microsoft software on one of their personal computers at no cost.

Software Checkout

ERAU students, faculty, and staff may check out software for 24 hours by presenting a current ERAU Prescott Campus Eagle card at the Multimedia service desk. The late fee is $2.50 per day per item. For more information, please read our Borrowing and Overdue Fine and Replacement Charge policies.
