AXIS TV Display Request

Advertise your event on the Library's TV display system. Submit the following form and follow directions on the confirmation page to submit your file.

The Hazy Library displays items that support the Library’s focus on academic, social and artistic themes of interest to the ERAU community.

Submissions:

• are sent to the Library Art & Signage Committee Chair (Linda Eisner)
• may be made by ERAU faculty, staff or students
• must be in Microsoft PowerPoint format
• run no longer than ½ minute
• must be submitted at least one week prior to requested run date
• will be posted for one week
• may not be commercial advertising
• must contain sponsorship and contact information on the slide(s)

All submissions must adhere to the Hazy Library Art & Signage policy section XIII Exhibits and Display and University posting guidelines.
