Administrative Services consists of the Director and Library Administrative Specialist and also includes the entire staff in a dynamic, team-work, collaborative Library/Media Services Department.

We manage projects, initiatives and assess objectives in order to continuously improve the services, collections, and facilities for the university community.

We are committed to ensure that students have a comfortable, secure, and inviting environment in which to study, read, learn, and contemplate.

Staffing

We provide professional librarians and qualified support staff so ERAU students, faculty and staff will have timely delivery of quality student/client centered Library and Media Services.

Policies and Budget

We document consistent, fair, and equitable policies to provide quality services and operations.
We administer a cost effective balanced budget which maximizes responsiveness to providing high-impact resources and services.

Public Relations

We are emissaries for ERAU in institutional, community, and professional committees and organizations.
